Each document is presented in the application with its version code and the SHA-256 cryptographic digest of the text, and it is that text that the acceptance receipt proves.
The product supports professional observation. Transcription and AI responses must be reviewed; the system does not replace diagnosis, conduct or the professional record. FROID does not record the session in audio or video and offers no functionality to preserve it for later playback.
Scope, deliverables and responsibilities must be checked in the contract. The platform does not automatically transfer the organization's responsibility for risk management.
