These terms govern access to the FROID platform. The right granted is personal or organizational, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable outside the plan's permissions, and conditioned on lawful use of the service.
FROID offers indicators, transcripts, and AI-generated content to support a licensed professional's activity. It does not perform autonomous diagnosis, does not prescribe treatment, does not replace clinical assessment, and must not be the sole basis for a clinical, legal, employment, insurance, or emergency decision.
The use of the indicators shown on the dashboard is the sole responsibility of the professional interpreting them, always alongside the clinical context of the session. The professional must review transcripts, metrics, alerts, and AI responses before using them in the record or in decision-making.
It is the professional's responsibility to obtain and record the patient's consent for recording and processing session audio/video.
The user must protect their credentials, keep data accurate, respect permissions, and report suspected unauthorized access. Exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing controls, extracting data in bulk, copying code, or attempting to reconstruct protected algorithms is prohibited.
Quality depends on browser, device, microphone, camera, network, and external services. Maintenance, failures, and limitations may occur. Only an expressly contracted SLA creates a specific availability or response-time guarantee.
Fábio de Assumpção Benhayon is the author and rights holder of FROID. The contract does not transfer code, trademark, text, models, interfaces, weights, formulas, or trade secrets. Rights legally recognized to the user, and interoperability permitted by law, remain intact.
FROID is not liable for clinical decisions made based solely on the system's indices.
Access may be suspended for a security violation, confirmed non-payment, or unlawful use, preserving due process, data subject rights, retention obligations, and applicable export mechanisms.
