Terms of Use

This page is a summary. The official, complete document — with the supplier's full identification, the version code and the SHA-256 digest of the text — is presented inside the application and recorded in the acceptance receipt.

The document that counts

FROID has one document per service, and it is the one your acceptance receipt proves:

Terms of Use — FROID Psique — professionals, clinics and attended persons.
Terms of Use — FROID NR-1 — company contracting the assessment.
Licence Agreement — FROID Psique — professional or clinic that contracts.
Services Agreement — FROID NR-1 — contracting company.

This page does not repeat their text. Repeating would create a second version of the same document, and the copy would age in silence — which is exactly what happened to the version code that used to be stamped here.

The essentials

FROID is a support instrument, and does not replace the assessment, diagnosis, conduct or records of the qualified professional.
FROID does not record the session in audio or video and offers no functionality to preserve it for later playback.
Transcription and AI content are auxiliary and may contain errors: the professional must review them before using them in a document or decision.
FROID Psique is not an emergency service and the absence of an alert does not mean the absence of risk.
FROID NR-1 assesses working conditions, never the worker as a person, and the employer never receives individual answers.
