What the license covers

• Administrative team at no cost and no limit: front desk, finance and audit do not count toward the license — only active clinical professionals are billed.
• Cumulative roles with governance: organization administration, role and permission management, and an audit trail of administrative actions.
• Clinical boundary enforced in the database itself: front desk, finance and audit cannot access records, reports or any clinical content — nor can an administrator without their own clinical enablement.
• Clinical supervision by explicit assignment: a supervisor reads only the professionals assigned to them, and revocation cuts access immediately.
• Organizational scheduling: the front desk books, reschedules and cancels without touching clinical content; double-booking is impossible, every change is kept in the history, and each clinician's availability is respected.
• Shared credit wallet: the team draws from a single organizational balance, with no per-professional quota.
• No-surprise billing: a new clinician is active immediately, with the adjustment accrued to the next invoice; reductions apply at once and never create an extra mid-cycle charge.
