FROID NR-1 · Security

Protecting those who take part starts with defining what is disclosed.

The business campaign assesses working conditions. Its purpose is not to monitor people or to open clinical records to the employer.

Aggregated result, not an individual record

The NR-1 product presents results by eligible groups. Business access must not reveal individual answers or sessions from the clinical product. The applicable policy and contract document the processing responsibilities.

Criteria before disclosure

Results are made available according to the campaign's closing and eligibility conditions. Small groups and combinations of breakdowns require protection against inferences about individuals.

A floor on its own does not guarantee anonymity in every circumstance. Disclosure must take into account the product's controls and the organization's context. Current values and criteria for a conclusive assessment must be confirmed during preparation.

Communication to the worker

Inform the purpose, the use of the results, the people responsible and the support channel before participation. Explain what the campaign does and does not do: it is not a clinical consultation and does not offer an individual supportive response.

Avoid exposing lists that would allow an answer to be linked to a person. Operations must follow the procedure for distributing and discarding associations defined for the campaign.

Governance and documents

Retention, access, incidents, rights and legal bases must be stated in the current documents. This page does not declare absolute compliance nor replace technical or legal analysis of the project.
